Tracey L. Jones has over 12 years of banking and lending experience, as well as call center leadership experience. My duties include but not limited to sales, training, recruiting, client services and project management.

I listen to what my client requires when searching for an employee, and then I use my experience to match these skill sets. I also provide the candidate with the job opportunity they are pursing to enhance their career.

I work with candidates who are active job seekers and are committed to the placement process in finding another position in the lending and banking arenas.
